| La Fattoria Casagrande Serristori - The property belonging to the villa also includes an estate with some 200 hectares (500 acres) of olivegroves, vineyards and wooded areas. The wine production, wich is also rich in history and tradition, goes back to the 16th century when the Serristori family began producing excellent wines. Great oak vats stili visible in the ancient wine cellar remain as testimony to this heritage. Next to the "Cantina" there is a small museum with an exhibition of the agricultural utensils used by our forefathers. | |
