Vada is a tourist locality which is part of the municipality of Rosignano Marittimo. Its main characteristics are its five kilometres of fine sandy beaches and the crystalline sea. It has been prize winner of the Blue Banner many times.

The Tower of
Vada is certainly its most ancient and best preserved building, built by the Pisans towards the end of the 13th century and used as a lighthouse.
